Man charged with retaliation, failure to identify as fugitive

WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) - A Wichita Falls man was charged with retaliation, resisting arrest and failure to identify himself as a fugitive.

An officer said he saw Jaylon Flemming, 22, riding a bike in the wrong lane and then go into a store on Monroe Street.

Authorities said when the officer told Flemming why he was stopping him, Flemming refused to give his name, and the officer told him to put his hands behind his back.

The officer said Flemming refused and had his hands balled into fists. He says he finally got Flemming into handcuffs but Flemming kept twisting and pulling away and kicking his feet.

The officer said it took multiple officers to get Flemming into a patrol car and while doing that Flemming told him the next time he stopped him, he would knock him out.
