A Wichita Falls man with a lengthy criminal history is going to prison after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors.
Austin Kimbro was sentenced to seven years in the Texas Department of Corrections, after his probation was revoked for tampering with physical evidence.
He was also sentenced to 12 months in state jail for burglary of a building and two 12 month sentences for theft of property.
All of his sentences will run concurrently.
Kimbro was arrested last month and charged with burglary of a habitation and was accused of stealing a tool box and truck muffler from a home in City View.
His arrests include for stealing a motorcycle, driving off with a stolen riding lawnmower, hiding in a shed to evade arrest and stealing doors from his apartment complex.
