Wichita Falls police arrested three young suspects for allegedly breaking into people’s cars and taking credit cards and passports. 

Nianicole Spence, 18, Taylor Butler, 17, and Angel Medina, 20, were all booked into the Wichita County jail and charged with two counts of burglary of a vehicle and fraudulent use or possession of identifying material.

Butler was also charged with possession of marijuana.

Police say at 2 a.m. Wednesday morning, officers saw a male later identified as Medina get out of a grey Nissan Altima in 2900 block of Gossett Drive and begin pulling the door handles on parked vehicles, he then got back in the car and they drove westbound towards Rhea Road.

Authorities said that’s when officers pulled them over, detained all three people and began searching the vehicle. Officers found two Visa cards with different names on them, a pink purse with a U.S. passport inside, and a plastic bag containing marijuana.

Police said they were able to locate and return those stolen items to two of the victims.
