Wichita Adult Literacy Council Looking for Volunteers

The Wichita Adult Literacy Council is looking for more tutors to help adults improve their reading skills.
WALC tutors work with their students on tasks like preparing for the U.S. Citizenship test.
They also help with other educational or job readiness pursuits.
They are holding tutor orientation and training this Saturday.
The training goes from 9 am to 5 pm and is at the WALC office at 4309 Old Jacksboro Highway.
For additional information and to register for training:  Call Alys at 766-1954 or email alys@wfwalc.org
