The City View Lady Mustangs basketball team added a pair of assistant coaches to its staff. Carl Pennington, former Wichita Falls High School and more recently Olney boys basketball head coach, joins the staff at City View. Also joining Heath Aldrich’s staff at City View is former Olney girls basketball head coach James Toney.
