Two Texoma Talent put the pen to paper on a National Letter of Intent, signing to continue their academic and athletic careers at the next level.
Crowell’s Cutter Smith will run on the cross country and track teams at Ranger College, while City View’s Javier Ortiz is off to play football at McPherson College.
