Midway’s Christian Coker signed to compete with the UT-Arlington track and field team.
He becomes the first-ever Falcon to receive a division one athletic scholarship.
Coker is a two-time state champion in the triple jump and received other accolades while competing in track.
He was named 2022 Nexstar Small School Athlete of the Year and we wish him success on his journey in Arlington.
